A rep sends an order by spreadsheet or email. Someone checks pricing, stock, customer rules, delivery notes, and edge cases. Then the same data gets re-keyed into MYOB, Xero, an ERP, or another internal system.

That is the useful starting point: high-friction, repeatable, auditable, and painful enough to matter. Not replacing the whole business system. Making the work around it less dumb.
