I’m Mash Prime, based in Perth. I have spent nearly 20 years inside wholesale and FMCG operations, including years redesigning ERP-connected workflows, automating recurring work, and building systems people use every day.

I now build agentic systems around tools, memory, approvals, dashboards, workflows, and the human handoff points that stop automation turning into chaos. Some of that work also became private infrastructure for my own projects. The useful patterns become public writing, commercial workflow work, and smaller releases when they are ready.

I also run Rollin Records, a bass music label and agentically run media company. The creative side matters because it keeps the systems work grounded in taste, publishing, operations, and real output.
